Kwivira Inc. based in the Washington DC metro area is a software and solutions group dedicated to providing applications for business operations support services. Our mission is to simplifiy any asset provisioning or task management process.


 

Our Company
 
Kwivira was founded in 2010 to build an Enterprise Request Management platform. While initially targeting Human Resources and Information Technology, we have evolved over the last several years and our focus today is on any asset task management process including but not limited to Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement, Claims Processing, and Supply Chain Distribution. Our platform is called BOSS (Business Operations Support Software). BOSS is a web based request management system that is used in lieu of e-mail to manage tasks such as on-boarding employees, document processing, software and hardware provisioning, as well as asset assignment and asset tracking.
 


 

BOSS - How it works

It's a Cloud based Sofware as a Service (SaaS). Our solution consists of automated templates that provide a comprehensive structured path for creating open requests, acknowledgments, request completions and retirement of requests. This application is unique in that it provides organizations the abilty to track and audit steps of a process through it's entire lifecycle.
